Fit
Be aware that this product runs small and has very little stretch due to the mesh backing. You may want to consider sizing up.
Feels like it will be breathable and is light enough for warmer weather wear.
It is probably also clear from the picture but the heathering does make it look like a sweatshirt so that might be a concern depending on where you work.
